The Complete Peerage
incorrectly gives the date of death of number 1 as 10 Oct 1995.
The Complete Peerage states (under the 5th Earl of Antrim) that the father of number 23 was Ralph Henry Sneyd, a Major in the army. However, all other sources I have seen so far, including The Gentleman’s Magazine (May 1823), MacCana of Clanbrassil, The History of Parliament (under William Whitbread, second husband of Harriet (Sneyd) Macan) and Alumni Cantabrigienses (under Turner Macan) give her father as the Rev. Wettenhall Sneyd.
Prince William is descended from 26, 27, 28 and 29 (see Evans).
